We collect account details such as email address, hashed password if you use credentials sign-in, Google account identifiers if you choose Google sign-in, feedback you submit, chat messages, votes, timestamps, session data, IP address, approximate region, device information, and error logs.

We use your information to:

• authenticate your account;
• save chat history when you are signed in;
• generate AI responses through model providers;
• detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect the Service;
• debug errors and improve reliability;
• respond to feedback and support requests.

We use vendors such as Vercel for hosting and AI Gateway, Postgres database providers for storage, Redis providers for rate limiting and resumable streams, Google for optional sign-in, AI model providers for responses, Sentry for error monitoring, and email providers for feedback or transactional messages. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Your messages and relevant conversation context are sent to AI model providers so they can generate responses. We retain signed-in chat history so you can return to it and so we can operate and debug the Service.

We use necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support anonymous trial limits, and protect against abuse. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. For requests, email privacy@temen.in.

We retain account and chat data while your account is active or as needed to operate the Service. We may retain limited security and abuse-prevention logs for a shorter operational period. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid sharing information you would not want stored in an online service.
